I'm moving away in August and this would be the perfect present for someone, and now I've seen it I've determined to get it. Any help would be very much appreciated, I don't even know who made it.

Have you checked the Online Disney Store? They have sooooo many different things like that. Usually, there stuff you could buy in the Parks too.

Have you tried Etsy.com? I've seen things like that on there before. You could also use the alchemy portion of their site and see if anyone is able to make that set for you.
