Just wondering if someone can help me. I just realized we havn't rec'd our cruise docs yet. We are on the Feb 13th Wonder, but we are leaving for WDW Feb 6th. We also live in Canada, so I am wondering if it is just taking longer because of that. But...if we don't get the docs by next Friday we won't have them at all!!!

I am also worried that maybe they don't have my address?!? Can I call someone to confirm??

Help please.....I am stressing!!! :confused3 :hourglass :confused3

Let us know when you finally get them! We are in Ontario as well as leaving for WDW on feb 23rd crusing on 27th. Curious to know how long it takes for us canadians.

Good luck

DCL was having problems with getting their documents out
in a 2-3 week prior to cruise time frame due to they had a
very bad problem with their printers and alot of sailings got
backed up.

One way when booking your trip that also might help is to
request that DCL sends your documents to your address
if possible instead of to your TA. Sometimes it works and
sometimes DCL for one reason or another ends up sending
them to the TA anyways, but other times it will get you
your documents a couple days faster. Depends on the
document company that is doing their tickets.

The direct line to DCL is 800-511-1333 and you can check
and see the status of the documents hopefully. But you
can also check with the TA. But DCL is running really behind
in sending them out.

But have a GREAT TRIP!!!!! Hope they arrive soon.............

I am sailing 02/06 on the Wonder and just got ours today. I had called this morning and gotten the tracking number and could see that it was out for delivery. It was a LONG afternoon but I have everything I need and am ready to go. Call DCL and ask for your tracking number - they should be able to get it for you.

Th docs can get delayed at the border. Call DCL and if they haven't been issued yet, ask to have them sent to the Cruise Desk at your WDW hotel or to the check-in desk at the port rather then to your home address.

my mother ran into the same problem - seven days before cruising she did not have them same is for sixth, fifth, fourth, third, and second day. when she called the ta,they told her they were sent out and kept telling her that each day she called. she finally called disney directley to make sure they had her reservation. she gave her name, they looked it up and even gave her the stateroom number. the gentleman working for disney told her that the ta can contact disney and when she checks in the boat, all she has to do is give her name and id. he also told her that the documents were just for a souvenier and that you really did not need them.

we live in bc and are cruising on Feb.6 but land/sea begins Feb.2. Our docs arrived on the 24th, so 10 days before.

I was told by DCL that travel docs would arrive 10-14 days prior to the cruise.

Got an e-mail from my TA today, she just got the docs. She is fwding them to AKL for us to pick up before the cruise.

Hello

My name is Dan and I am currently in Michigan and I just received my documents via UPS yesterday (Tuesday). You will probably get yours today. Yes I am on the same cruise, Land/Sea!!! Good Luck
