HELP! What is extra-special at WDW for you?

I have some friends that I want to do something special for when they come down for a visit. They come here fairly frequently and have done a few extras already. For example, the last time they were here they were chosen as Grand Marshalls for the MK parade.
So I am curious - what do you all think would be special or extra at Disney? If cost/access were not an issue, what would you want to do?

I've heard so many good things about the Illuminations Cruises - but I've never been on one. I think that would be a good time.

My DH and I loved our Segway Tour around the World Showcase at Epcot. We have never done any of the other special tours. If money was not an issue, I think I would go conceirge level at one of the deluxe resorts. You might get more responses on the Theme Parks Attraction/Strategy Board.
