Can anyone clarify this? I received this message fro customer service at WDW today.
The PIN code that is in your name # ************* includes Tickets and
Dining with the 40% discount. In order to make your accommodation
arrangements, please have this PIN number handy and contact the Disney
Reservation Center directly by calling 407-W-DISNEY (407-934-7639).


I am going to call tonight to see if it means all of it. Would I be that lucky????

Well, that sucks! Keep calling back! WDW is notorious for having one CM say one thing and the next one say something completely different

Okay pardon my french but, what the hellers does that mean??? How did you receive this code, was it a voice mail, an email or a postcard? Either way if it came to YOUR house and your name is on it then it's YOURS. I would get to the bottom of this before I gave up. Believe me they tried to tell me mine was for FLA residents and that marketing must have messed up, but they were dead wrong. So look into this deeper and find out what the heck is up.

Same thing happened to me but not for that code. I heard that Disney is having a problem with their system and some codes are not inked to the names yet. AAA is keeping a check on this for me. Don't give up keep calling
