Help! What Do I Taste??

My tasting/planning session is in 2 weeks!!
What should I taste?? help im so overwhelmed

I have heard to ask for the slipper desert - they would be great to see - even if you are not going to use them. I am also going to ask for the choc covered strawberries. We are doing Tinkerbell brunch - and as I know most brunch stuff we are going to do some variations for the testing. They have regular hash brown - we love the potatoes from 'Ohana so I am going to ask to try them. We are also hoping to add a carving station - so we will ask for that. I would go for some of the more exotic foods - but you also want to make sure you will be tasting some food for your reception. I don't remember what time your reception is but if it is a lunch or dinner - try to try two different pastas - I am also going to try a herb crusted chicken - or something like that.

Ask for anything made with words you have to look up on google!!

I asked for the antipasto display (appetizer) and for the 3 different entrees beef, chicken, fish (DF is really picky). I didnt ask for any deserts. but looking back i wouldve like to see the slipper!

If you don't have anything specific in mind, taste all the expensive stuff - including the slipper dessert! Seriously - I think we all know what Mickey Waffles taste like

If you need help balancing your menu, try to taste opposites - like one meat dish and one fish/chicken dish or one pasta salad and one green salad - so you have an idea of your options.

im so nauseous i dont want to try ANYTHING!
DF, FMIL, and my mom can try whatever but at 10:30 in the morning
im not gonna want to eat that crap. good thing the dr gave me meds for nausea!
