Help, what deluxe or Mod?????

I just found out that I have a conference in WDW the second week in December. My boss told me I could choose what ever hotel I wanted.
Now my husband and I are thinking that we will take our 2 kids and my Mother. We have stayed at all of the Deluxe with the exception of the Yacht Club.
We will need to get 2 ajoining rooms.
We were just there in April and we stayed at the Poly. I am inclined to stay there again, because we just loved it, but I am not sure.
Since our children are 3 and an infant we thought the monorail will be helpful, but at the same time, My mom will be with the kids at night and I am not sure that there is enough for them to do at the Poly. My mom loves Port Orleans and suggested that again because of all the things there is to do, but I haven't stayed there in awhile. How is the bus service?

Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

how about WL - they definitely have activities. plus a small playground.

BC - also activities plus you can walk over to the BW.

but I would stay with the Polyn. kids are going to be too tired to do alot.

How about a villa. The bedrooms offer privacy and the kitchen could come in very handy with the baby.
