Ok, so here's the deal. I ordered some stuff from JcPenny's Online, received it and the shorts don't fit right, too long. So I sent them back. Fast forward 3 weeks and they still haven't received it nor have I received my refund. I knew I should have insured it but I just didn't think such a big box would get lost. I still have the receipt from where I mailed the thing. I just don't know what to do know or what I can do. Any suggestions? I just don't want to lose $80 worth of clothes and $7 I paid sending it back.
