Help, what am I missing. Checking for discount.

So my trip is Dec 3-10, staying at the WL. We are annual pass holders, so of course I want to get the pass holder discount. I have checked just about everyday for discounts on "The Mouse For Less" website and on that website it shows discounts through Nov. OK great December's discounts should be here soon. I even checked on this website and it only has discounts up to November also. I went on the official Disney web site, which I haven't done in a while, just to check prices for the Poly and there is a "Pass Holder Holiday Room Offer" on their site. I tried to apply the discount to my reservation but it was a no go, "there are no rooms available for this resort or the dates chosen". The dates on the Disney site for this holiday rate is from November 26 through December 23. How did I miss this when it came out? Is this the only pass holder discount that is going to be out for December? Why wasn't it posted on this site or the mouse for less? I'm confused, please help.

I think I got an email it or maybe saw it on here. Instead of trying to apply it, try doing a new search for those dates after you have logged into the Disney site.

I got a pincode for 30% off room only, we booked the AKL, you have to book by Aug 31, maybe call and see if you have one?

There are likely no discounts for that period at WL. We were booked there for the following week over 6 months ago, got the pin code for that period when it first came out, and there was nothing available there. When the fall discounts came out, most people found no availability at WL either, and soon after rack rate rooms sold out. We cancelled and rebooked for Feb.

The reason is that because WL is under construction, only half of the resort is available for booking so they don't need to offer it - so many rooms are already booked at rack rate.

No wonder, It's all coming clear now. I have since switched to AKL and got a good deal. Thanks for the info.
