Help WDW Gurus, First time with large group. 60 day FP+ question.

I have a group of 9, 4 staying on site and 5 staying off.

Will I be able to book all 9 FP+ at 60 day mark or only the members of my group who are on site?

Yes; book for all 9 together when your FP window opens.

Not the exact same situation, but we have a trip coming up in which some family members are arriving on April 15 and others on April 20.
The FP window for the April 15 arrival opened this morning, and my daughter was able to include those of us arriving on the 20th as part her FP party, even though our window won't open until Sunday.

Based on that, I would guess that someone with a resort reservation might (should?) be able to include anyone in their Friends and Family Group with valid park tickets in their party for making FPs.

As long as the people you are trying to book for are linked to your MDE as friends/family you'll be fine. The person making the FP is the only one who needs a resort reservation linked to their name.

As long as one onsite guest is included in the FP booking, the open window applies to all who are selected for the FP.
