HELP!! WCC or CHEF MICKEY for dinner?

Hi everyone. Please help me decide which resteraunt would be better for our family's first night. 2 adults 4 kids DD13, DD13, DD6 DD8. Not worried about characters. Just want to know which one would be more fun for our first night. Can't get WCC until 9:00 P.M.

Our family has done both and Chef Mickey wins hands down. My DS's are ages 10 & 8 and it has been a tradition on our trips to go for dinner on our 1st time and breakfast on our last day. It's our way to say hello and goodbye to "our friends".

The food is very good and of course with being a buffet there is more variety and something to eat for everyone. They will take a family picture if you want and the package is $31 for an 8 x10 and 4 3x5's. Don't have to buy if you don't want to. The character are Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Pluto and Donald. At one point during your meal they play and song and everyone can take their napkins and twirl them in the air. It's fun!!!

WCC food is so so. Since we have been there the skillet has been changed. If you ask for ketchup everyone in the restuarant will give you their ketchup. My DS had asked for that and his mouth dropped when this happend. He as laughing after and couldn't wait until someone asked for ketchup so he could do the same thing. The kids can do a race around the restuarant with the wooden pony sticks.
