Help! water park summer crowds late day

Hi everyone,

I needs some help! We have gone to the water parks every year in the summer and have a great time. We do go at RD to beat the crowds and we usually leave about 2:30.

However, this trip I may have to go to one or both late day like around 4:30 and stay till close. Has anyone done this? How are the crowds compared to the morning?

Never did a morning but afternoon we thought was great, no one was entering and tons of people were leaving. We also don't need to hit the water park for more than a couple hours so cooling off after some time in the parks is great.

We go to water parks all over, and the final 2 hours at all of them (Disney included) are GREAT times to be there, IMO. Late in the day at Typhoon Lagoon one day in June of 2012, we weren't even turning our inflatables in at Crushin' Gusher. We just got off and went right back to the top to ride again
