Not sure...I got to there home page and then logged in and looked around to test it out and everything worked perfectly.

when you click on your confirmation email you get redirected to another pages. They redid there website and are having problems ...sounds like QR. Anyway here id the link to that new page...see if that helps. I am 2 books behind with them that I havent received...looks like another phone call tomorrow

Great...I just signed up. I guess they won't even let you choose your books for at least 5 days after signing up. Hopefully they get things running a little better!
