Help w/Transport! At BC now

OK, help me solve this problem creatively. We're at Wyndam Bonnet Creek now (lovely place, we love it). The transportation is NOT working well for us though. We don't have a car and there isn't a return bus until 3:00 in the afternoon from most parks. We need a different game plan for tommorrow.

Rent a car? How can I get a deal at this point for 5 days? Take a Disney bus to Carribean Beach Resort and then taxi to BC? HELP!

I know there are rental car places at the Swan and Dolphin over near Epcot. You could take a cab there or get to Epcot, exit through the International Gateway then take the boat to the Swan/Dolphin. When you get off the boat turn right - I can't remember which hotel that is, but in the lobby there are the rental car places. There are also rental car places at a few of the hotels in Downtown Disney - but I am not sure which ones. You might be able to use a AAA discount if you have AAA or ask if there are any other specials. Good luck!

OK- since you have access to a computer go into mousesavers.com and check what their codes are for Florida right now. The regal sun resort which is like 5 min. from you at Downtown Disney has a Dollar express pick-up. Last March we spent $149 for the week. I'm sure that you can get it MUCH cheaper! Get a taxi go pick up the car or call b/c I think that they even deliver in the Disney Resort Area How great is that?? Hope it all works out for you!

Try renting from National/Alamo at the Swan/Dolphin location---they often have some very good deals with the MouseSavers codes. Take a cab to the hotel where you'll pick up, it's only going to be a few dollars.

There is also National at the BV Palace with is right by the DTD Marketplace bus stop.

If you are going to rent a car make sure you do it in advance and not onsite at the Dolphin. They told me about 1 car they had that was super expensive when I walked in, then I took out my reservation and wow - more cars were available.

They are ready to rip you off when you walk in!
