Help w/ Photopass

We just got back Wednesday and viewed our pics online but some pictures are not ours and most likely some of ours are on someone else's.
Is there a way to fix this??????
Had a great, hot, but crowded time 5-26 to 6-1
Back to reality now

This is what it says in the photopass help section:

If your photos were taken within the past 30 days and/or claimed within the last 30, and you receive the message that there are no photos in your account, please fill out the information in the Lost Disney's PhotoPass Finder and let us know that photos are missing from your pass. Be sure to include your 16-digit Disney’s PhotoPass I.D. number along with the other descriptive information and we will do everything possible to help find your vacation photos.

When you click on the "Lost Disney's PP Finder" link, it takes you to a screen where they ask for info such as what time most of the missing photos were taken, what characters were in them, etc.
