Are there any calorie counters available out there to help with meals at WDW? DD needs 2500 calories a day, and I need to help her meet that goal. Any direction you could send me would be helpful. Thanks.

BTW--even at WDW it's harder consuming that many calories than you might think!

If that's what she needs at home, she may need more at WDW. I walk enough there that I generally don't gain any weight, even eating all the time.

Since people have reported being unable to get carb counts for insulin dosing purposes, I suspect you won't have much luck getting calorie counts, either. I've had decent luck using Fitday plus eyeballing portions plus guessing as to which food is closest. I'm sure you already know the "general rules" for picking the more-caloric of the choices available, but I'd be happy to give you estimates for portion sizes, etc. if you think that would be helpful.

As an FYI, the chocolate milk at WDW is fat-free (Nesquick) at 150 calories per 8oz, so no more calorie-dense than plain whole milk.
