help vow renewal World or Land

my husband and I will be renewing our vows next July to celebrate our 25 wedding anniversary we are planning to do a Disney vow renewal and will be staying for 5 days leaving from Chicago
now I need to decide Disney world or Disneyland
we will be a small party of 4 adults
my husband myself and 2 grown daughters

First all of us have been to Disney world many many times (over 30) not that we would mine another trip but it's july in orlando
none of us have done Disney land and hopefully its cooler
Second will there be a big price difference between Disney world &
Disney land besides the airfare i mean just the price hotel and vows
any advise please

WDW does intimate weddings/vow renewls while Disneyland only has custom. DL stopped offering intimate weddings back in 2003 which means that for a small group like yours you would still have the custom price tag.

Here is a basic breakdown of the price for each resorts VR:
WDW; Intimate starts around $2500 (inc. floral, photo, limo, cake and toast)
Custom; starts around $10,000 depending on the day. Remember this is the minimum expenditure
DLR; no intimate packages available.
Custom, starts around $8,500 depending on the day, remember this is the minium expenditure

As for the hotels, there are only 3 DLR resort hotels while WDW has oodles. The prices all vary but we have found that WDW on property lodgings are much better priced. Plus, at DLR if you decided to have your VR there you would have to fill 10 room nights at one of the three resorts. If you went with an intimate VR at WDW you only have to have 4 filled.

yes it looks like disney world is the choice because of intimates
i just wanted to do something different and since disney is where we vacation its our only choice i just thought maybe a different location for our 25th
