HELP! Vario Tab dispenser!!

HOw do I refill this silly thing??

I see the diagram on the inside - but when I pull on the tape, the sticky tabs stay stuck on the other side!

What am I doing wrong?
Can anyone help me?

(the lady at the store usually does it for me and I'm at home on my own!!)
