Help using ECV for whole trip

This year I will be using a ECV for the whole trip (used the one at Epcot only before) and need help with knowing what rides, places to eat, etc, that would be a problem for a first timer. Staying a Bay Lake Towers and I know the monorail and buses shouldn't be a problem,but what about other places, rides,etc? is there any places it will not work? I know some rides let you drive it on but most have you take it to a certain place and park it. Any help would be great.

Some quick services places can be a tight fit and you have people in every direction.

Soarin' is a little unusual in that you need to take an elevator down to the level of the ride entrance.

Some of the exhibits at AK have doors that don't open automatically. You can slightly bump it to open it, but there can be people right behind the door on the inside.

Buzz Lightyear in MK expects you to park your scooter outside and walk in or get a Disney wheelchair to transport yourself through the ride.

I had issues at BLT last fall on a scooter, only when I was alone though. There are 3 or 4 elevators from the lobby level and you never know which one would open, so sometimes I would either miss the elevator because I couldn't get my scooter to it fast enough, or it closed on my scooter when I tried to go in. The doors seemed to close exceptionally fast. It wasn't an issue when DH or DD was with me, they would hold the door open for me until I got in. It wasn't a deal breaker but it was a significant issue when I needed to go up or down alone.
