I went with Joseph. It is a classic name that will never go out of style.

Now if you called him Jax instead of Jack for Jackson, I just might change my mind....

We named our son Joseph because all the Joseph's I have known have been good, solid, loving men. I and I have to say that our DS16 is living up to his name!

I like Jackson, but not shorted to Jack. Ryan Jackson sounds good together. Could shorten that to RJ.

FWIW - Jackson is my third fave of all of them. It is uber popular here - with a ton of Jack's/Jackson's every where you go. I threw it in b/c I do think Luke and Jack are cute together.

Joseph is after a dear uncle who passed this summer, and he had no kids of his own, so was thinking of honoring him that way.

Ryan - I have always liked and I think it's a strong name like Lucas.

I also forgot to mention that the middle name will be the same no matter what - Terence. It's after my daddy who passed away 7 years ago. DS #1's middle name is after DH's dad who passed 22 years ago, so it's my dad's turn to be honored


DMickey - only 2 weeks till we KNOW it's a boy, right? How exciting!!! We will be getting a confirmation of this one's boy-ness in about 10 days. I hope he's still a he!!!

JunieJay - I actually approached my DH about using Andrew nn Drew, or just straight Drew for this one. 1) I have always loved "Drew" and 2) ever since "meeting" you on here, I have loved how Luke and Drew sound together. Classy, yet rugged, you know? But, DH nixed it. I might have to keep working on it, though. Maybe he will cave
