Here's where we've been over our two trips to disney (we are a family of myself, dh, dd6, dd4, ds2 - each will be a year older by the time we go again)....

Coral Reef
CRT (breakfast)
Marrakesh
CP
CMs
PSB (breakfast)
Teppan Edo
Boma (this is a no brainer, we are definitely returning)
Ohana
1900 Park Fare (both B-fast and dinner)
LeCellier

As stated, we loved Boma and will return. Will likely do Park Fare again for dinner but skip breakfast and do the PSB breakfast again. We had a bad experience at Ohana regarding service but are staying at the Poly- should we try Kona (even with the kids the ages they are)? We will have 10 days of TS to fill - we definitely want to try at least two from Epcot (kids are very open to different foods). Any suggestions for must try restaurants?

Thanks.

OK- Konas Breakfast is wonderful...we loved it! So I would say aboslutely on that one! We also had dinner there and thought that was good as well.

We enjoy O'Hana and have also had problems with service, but always return.

We are trying some new places this trip in September (i see you have little ones, we are 2 adults) but I would say that we like to go to (I am thinking family)
Spoodles sometimes
Whispering Canyon was kind of fun (we ate lunch there)
Mama Melrose we liked, but have not been there in a long time.
Sci Fi was fun and I think would be entertaining for kids

Hope that helps (we are trying Jiko and Cali Grill in Nov and Citricos in Sept)
My favs are Le Cellier, Narcooses and Flying Fish

Definitely Kona Cafe and Grand Floridian Cafe, these two are real gems and tend to get missed. The Cape May clam bake is a pretty good choice if you like buffets and the kids like to try new things. And there's always California Grill, leaps and bounds above the rest (15 floors above the rest actually)

Kona for breakfast or dinner, great choice

Beirgarten is awesome, great food, music and dancing for the kids

Kona Cafe is great and I would definitely recommend it.

We find the service at 'Ohana is definitely slow but the staff is very friendly. Actually slow works okay there so you can pace yourself and have room left over for extra helpings of the bread pudding.:rotfl2:

We also like Chefs de France and we tried Mama Melrose for the first time last week and really enjoyed our meal.

Definately do Kona Cafe. Food is good and service has always been consistently great.

Boatrights at POR for breakfast ( skip here for dinner though )

Teppan Edo is also terrific! Food was fantastic!

Here are a few of our favorites that were not on your list...

Spoodles
Biergarten
Rose & Crown
Nine Dragons
Mama Melrose
