We have the day resort (non dolphin) package booked for day after to or row for our 25 yr old DS, and our 17 yr old DD, and her 17yr old friend who is in Fl with us from Florida. I was just looking at the site, and it looks like we are going to need to fill out consent to treat forms for the girls. Can we sign as the legal guardian, since we have her parents permission for this trip. Or what do we need?

Thanks,
Erin C-H

Well, we haven't done this at DC but in the past when I have taken my kids and their friends to those trampoline/jump places I have signed the waiver for them. I figure they had permission to go from their parents in the first place, so I just went ahead and signed. *FTR, now I know better and I have the other parents sign ahead of time so no flames please.* Honestly, they won't question you anyway. But do what you are comfortable with....

eta, you could always have the parents sign the waiver and fax it to your hotel....
