Our first day in the parks will be Tuesday, June 19th. We will not be doing a park on our arrival day (Goofy's and a bit of DTD instead) so we'll be able to go to bed early to prepare for Magic Mornings. We plan to be there ready to go well before 7:00.

Here's what I have planned for our first day so far:

Peter Pan
Dumbo
1st trip on Matterhorn/carousel for 4yo dd
2nd trip on Matterhorn/carousel for 4 yo dd
Mr. Toad
Alice
Pinocchio
Snow White
Storybook Land Canal Boats
Casey Jr. train
IASW
walk through castle

What time should we be done with the above things?
I am going to try to get a Minnie's breakfast reservation for 10:15ish for that morning. What should we do until then? I thought maybe Toontown or PFF. We will be getting tickets for the toontown thing but we don't want to use them.

After Minnie's I thought we'd hop over to DCA for a bit (staying away from Carsland!!!). What would you recommend we try to do there during that time?

I'd do Alice before Mr Toad. I'm also confused by Matterhorn/Carousel, is someone taking a little one on the carousel while someone else takes the 4-yr-old on the Matterhorn?

I'm trying to remember what's open during MM. I know SBLCB aren't, and I would recommend getting in line for them as soon as you can after they open. Snow White and Pinnochio should have short lines most of the time, so if you don't get to them in before regular park opening, skip them for then and tack them onto right before leaving the FL area. I think Casey Jr. should be a higher priority (once again, if it's open by then) than Snow White or Pinnochio (but a lower priority than most of the others you mentioned. The line can get long, but doesn't build super fast in the morning).

If princesses and fairies are a priority, you may want to check the schedule and see them before your breakfast. My girls also love Toontown in the morning, when it's not too crowded yet. We really liked TTMM, so if you have tickets, you may want to use them on Wednesday. Extra characters that aren't always available in Toontown (we met Donald and Goofy, who aren't usually there when we get to Toontown) with super short lines for the characters and for Gadget's Go Coaster.

We have a 4yo dd who has no desire at all to ride the Matterhorn and a 8yo ds who wants to try it. I thought we'd split up and one of us take ds on it while the other does the carousel and maybe a second ride on Alice (that's one of her favorites from last time we went). If ds likes it he can ride twice, if not he can join his sister.

We've done TTMM before but with how crowded it's supposed to be while we're there, I wasn't sure if I wanted to use up a first hour of park time to use it.

I'll have to ask my dd if she really wants to see the princesses and fairies again. She was really into finding all the princesses when she was two (the last time we were at DL), but she may not be as into it this time.

I know my kids will definately want to do the Storybook Land boats this time b/c they weren't open last time we did Fantasyland, so my dd has never ridden them. We did the Casey jr. train last time instead. We may be able to skip that this time...
