Help! Transportation from CBR to Universal Studios?

So this is our very first trip ever to Disneyworld and we have two days booked at Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure but I'm finding it very hard to find any information on how to get to these parks without a car rental.

Is there a shuttle that you can take? Or do you take a cab? Or do you need a car? Help... this is so frustrating! If there is a shuttle or cab service any idea on what this costs per round trip or one way...any information would so help since I've googled the crap out of this and haven't really found much out?

You certainly can take a cab, but I don't know what the cost is. I believe you also can take a public (Lynx) bus from the TTC for a very low charge.

Mears Transportation also provides a shuttle service between Disney resorts and Universal. That runs about $18 per person round trip. Kids 4-11 are half that and three and under are free.
