HELP! Transfer pulling up on edge...

I was getting some outfits together for DD for our trip next week and noticed one of the shirts I made part of the transfer is peeling up. I made this shirt a month ago and it has just been hanging on a hanger waiting to be packed. Should I try to iron it again? I looked it over good after I did it and it was NOT like that. I guess it has just happened with time.

I would try ironing it again. Just make sure you use the paper it came with or try parchment paper to put inbetween the transfer and your iron.
