Help! Tinkerbell Mickey Head

I've gone through so many of the DISigner's thread and have not been able to find what I'm really looking for. I need a green Mickey head with Tinkerbell standing outside of it. Something that would look ok with black text. Similar to this Peter Pan one I found from a "retired" DISigner's photobucket. I would really appreciate it if someone would be so kind as to point me in the right direction to be able to find one. Thank you in advance!
