Help - Timing Question with Crystal Palace and Parade

Booked a somewhat last minute trip to DW. Finally stumbled across the only character dining for our trip, but it is at CP at 2:00. It is our only day in MK and I would like to see the parade. Can a group of 7 make the CP res at 2:00 and still catch the parade at 3:00? The biggest concern is getting seated late for CP. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,

Even if you are seated on time you might have to rush through the meal. Characters sometimes come around slowly.

People start saving spots for the parade around 2:00, so you won't get to sit on the curb to watch. Not sure how important that is to you.

CP is a huge restaurant and they only have one set of characters circulating due to sightlines. If you want to actually meet the Pooh gang, you will need 90 minutes to eat.

We were at CP well over an hour so I would say you won't likely make the parade unless you don't see all the Pooh characters.

I would pick the one that means most to you, either the parade or the meal, and fully enjoy it.

CP takes us about 90 minutes to have a meal and meet all the characters, and that's after we are seated. We always have a wait for our ADR here.
