Help - Three questions!!

I need Help! We are thinking of getting something to eat and eating it while we travel between parks....
1) can we eat on the Monorail/Disney Busses or is there enough time while waiting for trans

2) how long is the transport time from park to park
***WDW to Epcot (using monorail)
***Epcot to MGM
***Animal Kingdom to Epcot
Is there anywhere I can get this information?
And lastly,
3) Does anyone have any good viewing spots for MGM's Stars and Motor Cars Parade or WDW Spectromagic?

There's a no eating/drinking rule on the buses. I always manage to drink water though!

1) can we eat on the Monorail/Disney Busses or is there enough time while waiting for trans Officially there is no food or drink allowed on the busses or monorails. Typically, you will have time to eat it while waiting
2) how long is the transport time from park to park
***WDW to Epcot (using monorail)you mean MK to Epcot - it takes two monrails transferring at the TTC. with wait time, it can take up to 40-45 minutes to get to Epcot. It could also be as short as 15 minutes
***Epcot to MGM You can take the bus - about 20 minutes including waiting. The boat will take 30-35 minutes. Walking will take about 30 minutes
***Animal Kingdom to Epcot (12 minutes plus wait time)Is there anywhere I can get this information?...
