Help - technical problems on best rate site!!

Finally got into the best rate site when i was at work - found a couple of good discounts, but thought i would come home to look. But it won't let me in. I must have typed in the right code - i get no error message - it just brings me back to the beginning where you have to type in name and code again. I have tried logging out and logging in again - but it still doesn't work.

Does anyone have any solutions please - my 60 days out is up tomorrow. At home i am on aol, and also don't have broadband. Should that make a difference?

I was having this problem for awhile. I finally figured out if I turned off my McAfee Privacy Service I could get on. Maybe you could try this, or turn off any other firewalls you may have on?

The same thing has been happening to me for weeks. I already have trips booked using BRP so I know I am using the corred id. I will turn off the Privacy Service and try again.
