Help & Suggestions 1st Disney Visit

Hello ladies and gents i wanted to see if maybe you guys can give me some feedback. We are visiting Disney World (all 4 parks) this December Christmas Week to be exact. We are a family of 3 my husband, i and our daughter will be 2 in december as well. I wanted to know what clothing should we take since it maybe cold or if anyone that has gone can tell me what there experience was like during this time there. We are travelling from Texas. Is there any particular order we should visit the parks or what activities is there during christmas day or week for the little ones? Any feedback will greatly be appreciated. Thanks a bunch!

First Welcome!
December can be a mixed bag as far as weather goes, from warm to freezing. Unfortunately that is the single busiest week of the year at WDW. If you can change to another less crowded time for a first visit I would strongly recommend it. You can still do stuff if you arrive at rope drop and hustle, parks can and do reach capacity by 10-11 am. Also check a site called- My First Visit, and Easwdw.com. EasyWDW has crowd calendars and best parks to visit each day, as well as cheat sheets and how to tour each park. MK has a Christmas Parade for starters, EPCOT has Santas from all over the world, my personal favorite is the Osborne Lights at DHS.

Exactly what pooh4ever said -- it will be extremely, ridiculously crowded. So if you can pick another week to go, do that. Would hate for your first visit to be uncomfortable. Easywdw.com is awesome like PP said!

Also wanted to add that each park has 1 Baby Care Center. Don't make a trip across the park to use it, but if you're nearby it's a nice place to change diapers, breastfeed in a quiet room, eat snacks, or there's also a room with a tv that shows cartoons. Plus they sell supplies like diapers, medicine, etc. (But they do not sell milk.)
