Help !! Snoring suggestion needed

Yes the Tylenol PM also. Between the eye mask, ear plugs, & tylenol PM im really in la la land.:3dglasses

Breathe Right also has some disolvable strips that you place in your mouth. I have use these and my husband says they work. When I use one it reduces the snoring to an acceptable level. If I use 2 it pretty much knocks it out.

Where did you get those and what do they contain? We don't seem to have those in Canada

I travel with my iPod and iPod speakers, because I love having the music handy, then it occurred to me that block-out noises would be downloadable. I downloaded "brown noise" (there are a ton of different "noises" - test them all, see how they sound to you) and put it on a loop and play it all night long. It rocks. I can now sleep perfectly under about any circumstances.

I would never have thought of that. I sleep with a sound machine every night. I bought one to carry with me, but it takes up too much room. My phone has music on it, so I bought a white noise for it. It sounds great. I'll just plug my phone up at night and use the headphones.:cool1:Thanks so much.

I am the snorer in our house. My wife is also a light sleeper. We tried numerous plugs and remedies before finding the right ones. At Walmart we finally found Extreme Hearos. They seem to work the best. They are comfortable and block the most noise and allow her to sleep and the same room as I do. Here is a link to see more info.
