My husband and I are Disney nuts and have been countless times to the world. Feb 17-20 we are going down to they Daytona 500 race with his sister (went to disney went epcot opened) and her husband (never been), and we talked them into staying at disney. On Friday 02-18 my SIL and I will stay and go to the parks while the guys go to the race. My question is what attractions would you squeeze into one day. We have a park hopper pass and can go to all the parks. I know my way around quite well, but am unsure of what is a must see. On Saturday we will go around and look at resorts and downtown disney and marketplace and such. Any other suggestions? I figured Friday would be less crowded than Saturday in the parks.

Watch out for I-4 that day - to Daytona may be hours!!!

I think you lose too much time park hopping more than once. I would start at MK then mono it over to EPCOT for an evening around the Showcase.

MustSees depend on what you like, of course, but PhilarMagic seems to appeal to anyone and it's true Classic Disney for a first timer. Also, the Parade (hard to follow the plan and miss Wishes and Spectro, now that I think about it

I tend to agree with the MK then Epcot idea. MK exemplifies Disney, so you've gotta go there. Check out Pirates, Haunted Mansion, Splash Mountain, maybe Buzz Lightyear, Big Thunder Mountain, Mickey's Philharmagic, Space Mountain.

Then head over to Epcot. By that time, Future World should be fairly empty. Spaceship Earth, Honey, I Shrunk the Audience, etc. However, the problem with seeing Epcot second is that Fastpasses are likly to be gone for Mission: Space and Test Track. However, you could end your day with a nice dinner and Illuminations (I'm sure the husbands won't be back because of traffic).
