Help! Shareholders card not arrived

I signed up for the Shareholders Club and got my "Confirmation of Membership" email at the end of July.

But I still have not received the card in the post?

Our trip starts in 2 weeks time. Can I use a print out of the email or is there a way of collecting the card when we arrive?

I would email and ask for a temp membership, I did this as we went last week and I brought my shares in mid July and I am still waiting on my card as well so am glad I did! I think the temp thing took 2-3 days to arrive once I emailed them and was valid for 2 months. I just replied to the email I got confirming membership and I had a reply within 20 mins and the lady said she would post it the next afternoon, so hopefully u will still have time to do this just in case the card doesn't arrive before u go. The temp membership is just a piece of paper and everyone was fine with this apart from one rude cm whole said it couldn't be used and that he wouldn't take it *** it wasn't real!!!! so I asked if he could check as everyone else had let me use if fine so he called his manager who said it was fine

It can take 6 weeks for your card to arrive. But as the PP stated email them & they can send you a temp certificate, if you have access to a fax they can fax it to you

I emailed them earlier this week, as I hadn't had a confirmation email and on Friday they faxed me my temporary certificate.
