Did you wear shorts at all while you were there??? Did you swim at all??? I started pulling out stuff today for our upcoming trip, but I really wanted to pack as light as possible. So far it's not looking good (LOL)! We will be there for a week though! Please, any packing tips would be appreciated!:bounce:

My sister just called me this morning from WDW. She said it is in the low 70's today and for the next couple of days and then it could hit upper 70's to 80. The pools are heated so swimming isn't usually a problem. As for shorts, we live in MA and it has been under 20 here for a couple of weeks. 70 would feel very warm about now and would require wearing shorts. I would bring pants for the evening and a sweatshirt. Check out the extended forecast and see what the weather has been. Have a great time!

:sunny: We just returned on the 16th & we wore shorts for the most part. Sometimes it is pants weather in the am and then we'd change into shorts at the park around noonish. We just brought a backpack for the shorts and etc. Will you have access to a washer & dryer? You can bring fewer clothes with a washer and dryer .. but I understand about packing because even w/access to wash and all, we had to bring both warmer & cooler clothes and check the weather forecast right b4 you go.

Enjoy and have a wonderful time!!:sunny:

Thanks so much for the responses! I guess I will plan on packing a couple pairs of shorts for now and check the forecast again a day or two before we leave! I am also glad to know that the pools are wartm enough to swim! :Pinkbounc

We got back on the 16th as well and we all wore jeans every day. It did get warmer on 2 days of full sun but it was still very comfortable in jeans. I just felt it more n the top of my head and on my back once when we were standing still. I guess it depends on your nature. I did not like to pack so much and we are usually out most of the day. Carrying the shorts in the backpack is one thing but then you have to cary the jeans when you change and I had enough stuff with kids. You are indoors so much or in the shade most of the time. So unless you're just a very hot natured person I'd stick with pants unless the forcast says it will be in the 80's when you're there. The high was 70-72 when we went 11-16.

Have fun..I miss it already.

We just got back earlier today. We are from Vancouver, BC so our weather is normally pretty mild.

We wore shorts and t-shirts everyday (we were there from the 18th to 25th), but around 4 or 5 pm we had to change into long pants and sweaters or jackets.

It was quite chilly in the early evening, and later we definately felt cold....although it's all relative, we had spent the previous week on a Caribbean Cruise, the coldest it got was 28c!

We just got back on Mon (26th). It was cold for us as soon as the sun started going down..we took jackets and rented a locker to store them until the evenings. Especially needed at Epcot for Illuminations. During the days it was gorgeous..mid 70's and 82 on Monday. Just wore jeans and t-shirts with light sweatshirt in mornings. Have fun!!!!

Last weekend we packed pants and it was super hot, so this weekend we packed shorts and while the days we were comfortable the night before and last were very cold at night, to the point that I was shivering. I would saw 40-50's maybe... and windy... brrrrrrr.... especially near water
