Help - Reservation question

I thought that I could call CRO and request the AAA rate. Today I called and the CM I spoke to said it was not possible. Is that right? Do I have to book thru AAA website or TA? It seems that I have read in previous threads that people just call the 800 number and get the AAA rate. Is that just for room only and not package deals? TIA

Yes you can book Room only with AAA rate through CRO but not if no AAA rooms are available. Any package must be booked through AAA though.

Thanks, I called 800-828-0228 - was that not the right number? I have also put in a call to my AAA TA. I can't seem to find how to book a package on the AAA website, just room only. The reason for all this is now, of course , we are looking at changing resorts!

It sounds like there be no AAA available at the resort you want for the time you want. If you say what resorts have AAA rates available during This week. CRO should be able to tell you.

If you are trying to book a AAA package, you must go through a AAA TA. You can't book a AAA package yourself, either online or on the phone.

More AAA questions - I hate not being able to see my reservation! If I book thru CRO and ask for th AAA rate and book room only, is it possible to add dining package and tickets later? Does anyone know if it's cheaper to do everything thru AAA? Last year, I just loved going on line and looking at my reservation info, I guess I just felt more in control. This year, I don't even know if my park tickets are park hopper or not.
