Help Req for HRH Booking & Rooms for 7

We are planning on visiting the Hard Rock Hotel in August 2005, I've stayed there before with my two kids and we love it!!

However, this time there will be 7 of us, so, first question ...

There will be two adults plus 5 kids (ages ranging from 8 to 16 - 2 girls/3 boys) what do you reckon the best rooms are to book, and, how many? How easy is it to get connecting rooms? I'm planning on getting myself an Annual Pass so I can get the best discounts.

Secondly, how soon should I/can I book these rooms? And can I buy the Annual Pass now and activate it when we arrive or is it valid from the day of purchase? My present Annual Pass has just expired can this be renewed at a discount?

I would sugguest you get two std rooms at any hotel and request connecting. You should'nt have a problem we never had one with our po7. If your lowes first memeber and book AAA rate you can request an upgrade to a suite if your gold at the tme of check in / platuim at the time of reservations. You should be able to book the first part of the year i would think no later than march but that's just a hunch. As for your AP you can renew it within 30 days of expiration for a discount i think our PAP's where 129 instead of 169 but i'm waiting till august to see if the PAP deal of buy one year get one year happens. Your pass does'nt have to be activated to book or check in. I've never been asked for any discounted proof i've ever booked with but i've all ways had it. Best wishes.

Your welcome. I know how you feel traveling with a large family. I need all the time in between trips just to pay for tickets and rooms.LOL
