My husband helped out with the dishes so I don’t want to say anything to him. I went to use the refillable tall glass/cup and now it’s broken. Can anyone help me find where to purchase these lids for my FE gift I received last month? My heart is broken.

It’s a heat transfer made specifically for me and I can’t get a maker. Tall aluminum style canister.
I am the administrator of the Facebook group where this exchange took place and she is not answering. This is where I went first to get the answer.

The FE gift I got. Since many on this board participate in FE’s I was hoping that somebody would recognize the lid. I think it’s an aluminum project with a personalized exterior.
If it was a FE gift you must have been part of a facebook group. Can you check with that group or anyone who was involved.
i cant tell what it is. Is it a cup lid? Candle lid? Providing more details may assist you get helpful responses.?
However some cup manufacturers have a website where you can buy lids. Also a Google search for " replacement lid for tumblers " can give suggestions

Is there a company name on the bottom of the cup? Maybe show us what the rest of the aluminum project looks like?

And, yes, perhaps go back to your FE group. They might know exactly how you can replace it? If the gifter is a reasonable person, they should appreciate that you liked it enough to want to keep the item, despite the break, instead of just tossing it.

Many of those tumblers use the same size lid. Check on Amazon and search for "replacement tumbler lid" or "tumbler cup lid" or something like that. You should be able to measure or check the capacity of the cup and buy a lid that will work for it.

I'd try to get ahold of the person who gifted it to you, they probably can direct you to the exact company. Usually FE gifts like that the blanks are ordered on Amazon in a big lot. You can probably look up and try to find one that matches the measurements and try to track down a lid that way.

Absolutely my first way of trying to get replacement information was through the group I got it from. I’m even the admin of the group. But I suspect they dropped out of the group because the thread was all “look at my duck” or “picture issues” or they are still in the group and don’t even bother to look anymore because they figured it is another Duck/photo issue. I put the closest photo to show the two broken parts of the drink lid. He must have taken a screwdriver to it to get it apart.

No markings, I’m so disappointed. It’s been special made just for me. I’m the admin of the group that exchanged and she doesn’t seem to respond. I’m not sure which of three people it is because I got 3 different cups.

I need to try and figure out what company makes this craft cause I could get it from them. The cover of the aluminum canister is heat applied with a design that she made specifically with my name and Dumbo. My daughter has one with her name and Marie from Aristocats.

It’s the slider on the lid that broke? You should be able to find a replacement lid on Amazon. Just measure the diameter of the cup to get the right size.

Take a photo of the tumbler and do a Google image search.

Or Google “personalized tumbler” and see if you can match it that way. Then you’ll know what the brand is.

Or post a photo of the entire tumbler here - how many ounces, etc.

It looks like a sublimation tumbler. If you know the size of tumbler, you should be able to get a replacement lid. Maker Flo Crafts sells them.

*edited to add: it looks like a 20 oz skinny tumbler, which is a very common size.

Another option is to check out craft shows near you. Someone there is likely to sell tumblers, and might be able to sell you a replacement lid. They might even let you try it on your cup to check for size.

I looked up “sublimation tumbler” on Amazon. Here is the lid. Does that look like the one? Amazon sells heaps of “tumbler replacement lids”. See if one looks familiar.

One more suggestion, you could join one of the many tumbler groups on that other site and ask for help identifying the brand and type of cup so that you can get the right lid. Most tumbler makers get their blanks (the plain tumbler that they then put the design on) from a relatively small number of suppliers so I think someone will probably be able to help you id it.

I ordered the ones from Amazon. They did say 20 ounce sublimation tumblers. I think they’re the right ones but they do have a black line instead of the clear line. It’s definitely a sublimation cup, so you guys did spot. I had no name for it prior to you guys telling me.
