HELP renting points have questions about room keys, golf, dining plan, etc

We are planning a trip for next year with family. We will be renting points - 5 different rooms for the 5 different families. We plan to buy park tickets from Undercover Tourists. My Father-in-law and Uncle will be making the trip, but really doesn't plan on staying in the Parks with us. They plan to golf.

My questions are ...

1. Are there different prices for the rooms based on the occupancy? My brother has 4 girls. 2 of the girls will be staying w/ one of 2 different families. I'm guessing we have to decide where before we make the reservation?
2. When using DVC points, will our room keys be printed with names of occupants, like at resorts?
3. If playing golf daily, possibly 2x daily, can anyone give an opinion on whether the premium dining plan is worth it for the unlimited golf? Then, when purchasing the dining plan, does it have to be purchased for everyone on the reservation, or do you have more options when staying DVC?

There is no extra charge for guests staying in DVC resorts up to the occupancy limit of the villa.

2. When using DVC points, will our room keys be printed with names of occupants, like at resorts?

Yes, your room keys will be identified by individuals listed on the reservation.

3. If playing golf daily, possibly 2x daily, can anyone give an opinion on whether the premium dining plan is worth it for the unlimited golf? Then, when purchasing the dining plan, does it have to be purchased for everyone on the reservation, or do you have more options when staying DVC?

I'm not sure about the golf option but any Dining Plan you get will need to be purchased for everyone on the reservation for the length of the stay. When renting from a DVC member, the Dining Plan will need to be ordered thru that member and paid for at the time the plan is added to the reservation (at least 48 hours before arrival).

I thought DVC stays weren't eligible to add the Premium or Platinum plans. Those are available only for cash package stays (with minimum ticket purchase included).

You are correct, DVC point stays can add a Dining plan but they can not purchase a package plan which the Premium is.
