Help regarding Disney Collection

I have a cruise booked for June '11 using points. I may now have to cancel the cruise. So this reservation falls on my Dec '10-11 UY. Now my questions are:

1. If i cancel now then i have til Nov 30, 2011 to use these points right?
2. I have til Sept '11 to book any DC vacations because of 'rule of 4'
3. Since this reservation falls on my Dec '10-'11 UY then i don't have to worry about the "rule of 4" if i make a reservation for travel between now and Sept. '11?

There were 2 recent threads about reservation points. I think both of them might help you because as I understand it your points would now be reservation points.

The rule of 4 no longer applies since they are reservation points and already out of the DVC resorts.
