Help! RCI-DVC-II Magical Mayhem

I was looking for DVC weeks as I have spent most of our 260 DVC pts this year with a big family trip. That is why we traded our Mexico week. I only traded a hotel unit - which is smaller than a studio. We were very flexible - looking for feb-apr. I was just looking for a spring week - we didn't really care about size as it is just my DH, me, DS (4), and DS (1). We got a 1 bdrm, but I was seeing the inventory constantly change. We have stayed in a 2bdrm at Orange Lake and it was fine. There is an easy backroad to Disney. We were keeping them and Bonnet Creek as backups and I was seeing a ton of inventory in all sizes for them - just not our time frame yet. February was just starting to pop up when I booked last month for both of them.

I'm not good with the unpredictable. We decided to go with a 3br at Diamond Resorts Grand Beach I. It's small, but the room meets our needs (so DH and my mom can have space away from each other. they don't fight, they just fester) and we got a Friday to Friday so we can check in as soon as the train arrives and we'll spend the last few days at POFQ. We were going to go with AKL, but we won't to spend 3-4 days instead of 2 on-site, since the prospect of DVC gave us the bug. We banked next year's week though, to start looking for October 2012 with better bankability. My parents might just give us that week, and then we'll only need a 1 br or studio.
