tried to check in online and this is what came up???????????????


What happened?
The flight associated with this reservation is closed and we are unable to issue the requested boarding pass.
What you need to do:
Please contact Reservations for alternate flight arrangements or check in at the departure airport with a Southwest Airlines Customer Service Agent before proceeding to the security checkpoint.

Never mind....WOOOOHOOOOO got my A boarding passes, even though we should be able to pre-board...mom has wheelchair. Just wanted to be on the safe side since there are three of us going wasn't sure if they would let all three of us pre-board with her. Thanks everyone for all the info, tips, and codes ......now just 11 hours 3 minuted before take-off, but hey who's counting !!!!!
