Help! Questions about WDW Pin Event

I confess! I can't find any information on the Disney website about the "RSP Process"(I know,I know having a hard time finding info on the Disney website - *what* a shock!).

My registration print-out says to go to a certain URL, I go there and then that page says

You can also visit www.DisneyPins.com to review FAQs and other information regarding the RSP process.

But I can't find any FAQ and a search of the Disney website gives me no results. I guess I'll have to break down and call Event Services?...
