got an email saying that i had a schedule change...
it shows my flight from YOW to YYZ status confirmed

then my flight from YYZ to MCO as unconfirmed.
under it is my same flight from YYz to mco with a different departure and arrival time, stating 'confirmed'

does it just show what we were on and what we are on now with the flight time change? (flight number stayed the same) should i be worried should i call them (and wait onl hold for 2 hours)

We leave Thursday

I got an e-mail yesterday too saying my flight (for today) had changed but in fact it hadn't (also YOW to MCO and back through YYZ). Did you call to get your new confirmation code? Or maybe the new code is in the e-mail. If you have the confirmation code you can look up your trip history online.

I waited 2 hours on the phone the other day for the conf code. so i pull that up and it says the same thing.

flight 1: Yow-yyz 7am - 807 am status confirmed

flight 2: Yyz-mco 10a-1245 status unconfirmed

flight 3: yyz-mco 1030a - 115p status confirmed

at the end it says to reconfirm with the airline. because they have all this like above, i don't really have to wait2 hours on the phone again.

oh and i see that they have given me seats! yow-yyz confirmed and yyz-mco seat numbers on request

That's very close to what happened to me. They changed some of the times on the flights and ended up with duplicate flights booked for me. The only thing you can do (other than chancing it at the airport) is to call and wait on the phone. I was on the phone for 3 hours to get is straightened out. First line call centre couldn't straighten it out so they had to put me on hold (for another 30 minutes) for me to talk to someone in their "Help Desk" department who took 30 minutes to figure out how to fix it.

This is my first time flying WestJet (I'm a frequent AC and Porter flyer) and I'm a bit anxious about whether I'm actually going to get to Orlando today and back later this week.
