We were at disney 2 weeks ago, and during our stay it was my daugthers 3 birthday. One day when we returned to our room we had a birthday cake and balloons in our room. That night when we got back there was and 8x10 autograph picture of minnie mouse under our door with a note written on it to our dd. well some how we left the picture and also some other items we had bought for her in the room along with the signed birthday card
from cinderella's breakfast. all she has been asking for is the picture of minnie mouse I called the ploy when we returned and again today still nothing so now I am worndering if anyone had the email address to the ploy and maybe I could get another copy of the picture for her, I am willing to pay for it. If anyone ever had the same thing happen to them and they got another picture please let me know how you got it/

I believe the e-mail Chazman listed is ONLY for concierge guests so don't use it unless you were a concierge guest. You will have to call them directly. I don't have my Passporter handy with the number, but if you go to the DIS home page you can find it under Resorts

Thanks everyone, I did call the ploy and they just told me that nothing was returned but if it was found they would mail me another one. So I asked if I could get another one and she said she would have to check and call me back so I guess I will just wait and see.
