About twelve years ago, my family and I went to WDW. My DD and DM stayed at the YCCL while all the kids stayed at the BC.

Well, my DD arranged, somehow, to have his kids wake up every morning(at the same time) to juice, coffee, muffins, coffee cakes, cinnamon rolls, and fruit. The same man brought it to us every morning...we still affectionately call him "Coffee Man", because he would pour us all a cup of coffe before he left(serving my DB while still in bed!)! It is something we all still talk about!

Well, our entire family is going to WDW on Friday, staying again, for the first time since my DD passed away from cancer, at the BC! We are all very excited...and now all us kids have our own kids!

But, what I was wondering was how could I arrange, as a sort of surprise memory for my family, this same morning delivery of yummy goodies? I have asked my Grand Gathering planner and she is stumped!

I really want to do it, but I don't want to put the little flyer out on the doorknob each night...it just wouldn't be the same memory as I want everyone to have!

Come on DISers...help me, PLEASE! :flower:

I'm sorry to hear about your DD, but what a wonderful memory to have! I can't help you, but I really hope someone can, so you can relieve and share what a wonderful thing that was!

I wonder if anyone from the BC will come in and post about room service? It sounds like a room service with a "white glove" treatment... maybe you could even try and get in touch with the BC???

About 10 years ago when we went with our boys we stayed at the Contempory on the "white glove" thru American Express, and I know we were given a few 'perks' like fruit baskets, balloons, :confused3

So, try and get a number for BC and see if you can find out how they work thier room service, then try and call someone from there... :confused3

also adding :grouphug: for dd, and hope you continue to celebrate her life! Blessings to you!!

Hi, wanted to first tell you how sorry I am to hear about your dad. My dad died from cancer two years ago. We all went together to WDW 10 years ago this year and so we are all going again in October and plan to stand and watch the fountain at Epcot as that was my dad's favorite thing.
About your dilema, I really don't know but on allearsnet.com there is some info about where to get coffee at the BC and it says" need coffee earlier? call room service." Here is the general number for BC 1-407-934-8000. Good luck.

Thank you everyone! I'll try calling the number you posted PoohHappens! By the way, I love your name...that is GREAT! :goodvibes
