Help Please

Hello everyone. I am beyond frustrated with the online dining reservations and really need help. Every time I put in 2 adults and 1 child the system states in red lettering (won't let me proceed to the next page) to enter the age of my child and it does not give me any place to enter this information and I really want to make the ADR's online so I can link them to my resort reservations and I am so mad that I can't make them If anyone has any suggestions and can tell me what I am doing wrong I would appreciate it TIA

I booked mine with 2 adults and 1 child too. After you enter the # of children in the drop-down box, do you see the drop down box to the right for the age of he children?

I agree with the PP - there should be a drop down box where you select their ages. If you are not seeing that, I would try a different Internet browser. And/or clear you cache & cookies.

I had trouble with the online reservation system with Safari at one time but not with Firefox and Opera, I think. It wouldn't retrieve my resort reservation number with the one browser.

Nope...no box anywhere...that is why I am so frustrated I really don't want to call and spend 1/2 hour on the phone. I even tried from 3 different computers...thanks for your reply

Thanks for your help....I tried internet explorer and it worked all the way through the confirmation page, then it said there is a problem with the website and try again later At least I know how to do it now...thanks again

Sometimes you have to allow pop-ups to get that dropdown box. Glad you got it to work on another computer.
