I have just tried to retrieve my booking on virgin's website and only our return flight is coming up not the one going out, am i doing something wrong as this is all new to me.

Nope they should both come up, give VA a call and see as sometimes there is a glitch in the system!

I was having a panic on there, i have just phoned them and it was because our flight time going out has changed, it's now sorted thanks.
Now just got to try and work out what seats are best to book.
