Help Please

I'm helping a friend get an acount for VMK, we got everything accepted then we went to the log in typed in the stuff and it just sent us back to the log in. I tried my account stuff and it got me into VMK. We tried opening another window and it still didn't work. What am I doing wrong?

Sounds like you are entering the wrong password. Everytime I enter the incorrect password, it will just take me back to the log in page.

Hopefully you wrote the password down somewhere. Check the password again.
