help please with transfers

have just booked to go to sequoia lgde in january booked it all separately to g et best price so now have to sort out my transfers to their from cdg airport , had a look at the link at top of page but am still baffled as what to do and do you book before or wait till there, please any simple !!!! instructions would be brill want to get there as quick as poss not to keen on bus as it sound a long boring journey and do they toilets on it for the kids we are flying with air france

You don't have to book the bus in advance. There is a specific disney bus that doesnt take that long to get there to be honest, when we went last year it took about 1 hour or thereabouts. I cant remember whether there were toliets unfortunatly.

The bus is well worth it, its resonably quick inexpensive and its got a disney video playing which is a nice touch.
The train is quicker however and I think takes about 15-20 minutes, altough it is more expensive.

The bus company is VEA and they have an english language website

We are going to SL in January too, when are you going?
We'll be there from the 14th to 19th.

We are planning on taking the VEA to the resort and have booked a private shuttle for the return journey as we have an early flight home.
DH fancied the TGV but from reviews on this site, it seems like quite a bit of hassle to get to the TGV station from our terminal.

We took the VEA bus and it was fine! We arrived about 4pm-ish. Most of the time of the journey was taken up picking folk up at various stops round the airport , it took about an hour, but it really didn't seem long. The bus went round all the Disney Hotels with drop offs, as we were at the HI it dropped us off at the village and we got the 5min shuttle to the hotel.

Our return journey was late morning and went directly from the 'outside' hotels and the villlage and then off so much quicker than picking up all round the resport only took about 30mins!

So think depends how busy the bus / flight times are! It was easy and cheap and we just walked out of our terminal (2) and the stop was right there....couldn't have been simplier!

thanks alot for the loo mission, its only about 45 mins though isn't it we are going to sequia lodge is there many stop offs before this hotel do you know would it be any quicker on a private shuttle/taxi and any good sites for these if you have any would be great

The only drop off before Sequoia Lodge is the Newport Bay - and that will be only about 5 minutes before you arrive at SL.

A private shuttle takes about 35 minutes. Definitely worth considering, as we found it makes things a lot less stressful. Have a look toward the bottom of this post to find a list of different shuttle companies.
