Help Please with Rate for AP Room Rate Special

Can anyone with an Annual Pass look up what the "AP Room Rate Special" would be for a stay at the DLH?
Checking in Sunday 2019-12-01 for 4 nights Departing Thursday 2019-12-05.

I will be activating my AP during my October visit.

The above rates, you get 1 dining voucher ($20) and 1 FP for each person in your party (they load one per ticket, ticket must be presented at check in.)

We are arriving late on a Friday night so plan on activating our AP on the Saturday morning if possible.

Can we still get AP rates for the hotel if we book regular price and show AP email when we check in or do we need actual pass and is it even possible to get the pass around midnight? I’m just trying to figure out how it works with buying the pass but not having it activated yet...
