Help please with Magical Express

Friends are going to meet us at OKW and stay in our GV. We always drive so we have no experience with Magical Express.

They, however, are flying. Can they use Magical Express and if so how do we/they go about making arrangements?

We are the members, but they are listed as being in the room.

Just call MS with their names, their address, the flight numbers and dates and it should be all set from there.

You need to call member services and provide the flight information for the people joining you. You will also provide their address so the luggage tags and vouchers can be sent to them. You have to do this as you are the member. As long as they are listed on your reservation there should be no problem even if they are arriving and leaving on different days than you are. If you are close to your trip date there may not be time for them to get the luggage tags but the CM will tell you what they will need to do about that to get their luggage transferred to your villa.

I see your trip is in 4 weeks so if you call this week you should be okay.

Thanks to all. Because of your answers, we knew what information to have available.

My DH did a conference call with MS and our friend yesterday (11/1). They were told it was too late to mail the luggage tags, which must go directly to the member, but that all information was now in the system and that the tags from the airline will be ok.

This trip seemed so far away just a few weeks ago. All of a sudden it's right on top of us.
